a. Usage & Analytics Data

We collect anonymized or pseudonymized usage data to understand how the site is used, including:

• Page views, clicks, scrolls, and navigation behavior
• Search queries and interactions with prompts or workflows
• Session identifiers and engagement metrics (e.g. MAU)

We currently use Amplitude for product analytics.

b. Technical Data

We may automatically collect certain technical information:

• IP address
• Browser type and version
• Device type and operating system
• Approximate location (city/region level)

This data is used for security, performance, and analytics purposes.

c. Account & Authentication Data (Optional)

If you choose to sign in to sync your data across devices, we collect:

• Email address (via Google OAuth or email magic link)
• User profile information (name, avatar if provided via OAuth)
• Authentication tokens (managed securely by Supabase)
• User handle/username (if you choose to create one)

Authentication is handled by Supabase, a secure authentication provider. We do not store passwords directly.

d. Synced User Data (Optional)

When you sign in, the following data is synced to our servers to enable cross-device access:

• Bookmarked prompts and recipes
• Private prompts you create
• Collection organization (if you use collections)

This data is stored securely and is only accessible to you. It is automatically synced across your devices when you sign in.

e. Voluntarily Provided Information

If you contact us (e.g. via email) or submit feedback, we may collect the information you choose to provide.

We do not collect:

• Passwords (authentication is handled by Supabase)
• Payment information

3. How We Use Your Data

We use collected information to:

• Operate, maintain, and improve Bundl.ai
• Understand which prompts and workflows are most useful
• Analyze usage trends and product performance
• Prevent abuse, spam, and misuse
• Inform future features such as inference, recommendations, prompt effectiveness, or model selection insights

For users who sign in, we retain your account data, bookmarks, and private prompts until you delete your account or request deletion. You can delete your account at any time by contacting us at support@bundl.ai.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to:

• Request access to your data
• Request deletion of your account and all associated data (bookmarks, private prompts, profile)
• Export your synced data (bookmarks and private prompts)
• Object to or limit certain data processing
• Request information about how data is used

If you have signed in, you can also sign out at any time, which will stop syncing but will not delete your account or synced data. To permanently delete your account and all associated data, please contact us at support@bundl.ai.

9. Children's Privacy

Bundl.ai is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date.
