Terms of Service

1. Services

Bundl AI provides AI-powered operational services, including deployment and management of configured “AI employees” that perform business workflows such as recruiting, customer communication, sales support, accounting assistance, and related back-office tasks. Specific scope, deliverables, and fees are defined in a separate order form, statement of work, or commercial agreement (“Order”).

2. Eligibility

You represent that you have authority to bind your organization to these Terms and that you will use the Services only for lawful business purposes. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services.

3. Customer responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information required for setup and operation;
• Maintain appropriate access controls for your team and systems;
• Ensure you have rights to share any data, content, or credentials provided to us;
• Review AI-generated outputs before relying on them for legal, financial, hiring, or compliance decisions;
• Comply with applicable laws, including employment, privacy, telecom, and anti-spam regulations.

4. Fees and payment

Fees, billing cycles, and payment terms are set out in your Order. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable once services have been delivered or configured. Late payments may result in suspension of Services after reasonable notice.

5. Intellectual property

M9Y AI and its licensors retain all rights in the Bundl AI platform, workflows, templates, software, branding, and related materials. You retain ownership of your pre-existing materials and data. Upon full payment, you receive the rights to outputs specifically created for you under your Order, subject to our underlying platform IP and third-party tool terms.

6. AI outputs and disclaimers

AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. Services are provided to assist your operations, not as a substitute for professional legal, financial, tax, or HR advice. You are responsible for final decisions and actions taken based on AI outputs.

7. Confidentiality

Each party may receive confidential information from the other. Both parties agree to use such information only to perform under these Terms and to protect it with reasonable care. Confidentiality obligations do not apply to information that is public, independently developed, or lawfully obtained from a third party without restriction.

8. Acceptable use

You may not use the Services to:

• Violate any law or third-party rights;
• Transmit malware, spam, or deceptive content;
• Attempt unauthorized access to our or others’ systems;
• Reverse engineer or misuse the Services except as permitted by law;
• Use the Services in high-risk scenarios where failure could cause death, injury, or critical infrastructure harm.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services and website are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, M9Y AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability arising out of or related to the Services shall not exceed the fees paid by you to M9Y AI for the Services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnity

You will indemnify and hold harmless M9Y AI from claims arising out of your data, your use of the Services in violation of these Terms or applicable law, or your violation of third-party rights.

12. Term and termination

These Terms remain in effect while you use the website or Services. Either party may terminate an Order as specified therein. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, or security risk. Sections that by nature should survive termination will survive.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance, except where applicable law requires additional consent.
